The victim from the Dundalk homicide has been identified as Richard William Zenobia, 35, of the 3300-block of North Point Road, 21222.
The suspect has been identified as David Paul Thomas, 16, of the 2800-block of Henley Avenue, 21001. Thomas has been charged as an adult with one count of manslaughter. He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a denied bail status. His booking photo is posted to the left.
Baltimore County Police are investigating the homicide of a 35-year-old man in the Dundalk area. On January 7 at 6:50 p.m., County police responded to the 3300-block of North Point Road, 21222 for an assault call. When officers arrived they found the 35-year-old victim lying in the back yard of the house, suffering from multiple stab wounds. The man was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased just after 9:30 p.m.
Police determined that the man was involved in an argument with his live-in girlfriend. The argument continued into the backyard of the house between the man and his girlfriend’s 16-year-old son. During the fight between the man and his girlfriend’s son, the 16-year-old produced a knife and stabbed the man several times.
The 16-year-old is awaiting a bail hearing at this time. The names of the victim and suspect will be released once the suspect is officially charged with this incident.
