UPDATE (August 12):

On August 10 at 7:25 p.m., Baltimore County Police responded to a home in the 300 block of Church Lane 21208. The caller into 911 stated that a body had been found outside of the location. When police arrived on the scene, they discovered the body of an adult female. It appeared that she had been deceased for some time. The body of the female was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

Today, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner identified the woman as Irene Kuperstein. The autopsy is not yet complete but there are no signs of foul play.

UPDATE (August 4):

Baltimore County Police are continuing to look for 88-year-old Irene Kuperstein of Pikesville.

Irene Kuperstein was seen on video surveillance leaving a Giant Grocery store in the 6600 block of Reisterstown Road 21215 at 9:21 p.m. Saturday night. At that time she appeared to be unharmed.

Irene Kuperstein has difficulty hearing, and only speaks Polish.

Baltimore County Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 88-year-old woman from the Pikesville area. Irene Kuperstein was last seen at approximately 5 p.m. after going for a walk near the Reisterstown Road Shopping Center. She is a white female, 5'2", 80 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair worn in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing a beige and purple windbreaker over a white blouse with an orange and green pattern, dark sweat pants, gray socks and blue sneakers.

Irene Kuperstein has difficulty hearing, and only speaks Polish.

She does not have access to a vehicle or any known direction of travel. She lives in the 6900 block of Marsue Drive, 21208.
