On December 24 at 3:19 p.m., Baltimore County police officers responded to a robbery at the Target Store located in the 1200-block of Putty Hill Avenue, 21286.

The suspect approached an employee standing at one of the cash registers and demanded money from the register. The suspect implied that he had a weapon. He obtained an undisclosed amount of money and fled from the store.

A complete description of the suspect is not available at this time. Anyone with information concerning this case is asked to call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.

Baltimore County Police have arrested and charged two men for the roles in the December 14 armed robbery of a Towson University student. At 5:50 p.m., the victim was sitting in her car when a suspect approached and pointed a gun at her. The suspect fled after taking phones and purses from the victim. 

Kheddiar Purvey, 22, of the 800 block of Bradhurst Road, 21212, and Darien Moss, 21, of the 800 block of Benninghaus Road, 21212, have been charged with armed robbery, first degree assault, and related charges. Detectives linked the suspects to the crime after learning that they sold the phones at the Eco ATM inside Towson Town Center after the robbery.

Kheddiar Purvey was arrested on December 19 and is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $35,000 bail. Darien Moss was arrested on December 17, and was released after posting $75,000 bail.

UPDATED INFORMATION:

Baltimore County Police have charged Damon King, 20, of the 1700 block of North Fulton Avenue, 21217, and Malik Smith, 17, of the 300 block of North Gay Street, 21202, with an armed robbery that occurred at Towson Town Center on November 22. 

During the robbery, one of the suspects dropped a cell phone. When police recovered and analyzed the phone, they were able to identify Malik Smith as the owner of the phone. Detectives were then able to identify the second suspect as Damon King. The gun used in the incident was found to be a BB gun.

Both suspects were indicted on December 16 and are currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. The photo on the top is Malik Smith and the photo on the bottom is Damon King. 

Previously released:

Baltimore County Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred on November 22 at 4:04 p.m. at Towson Town Center.

Preliminary investigation shows that the victim was in the men's bathroom, near the food court, when two male suspects displayed a knife and demanded his money and cell phone. The victim complied, and then chased the suspects through the food court and into the third floor of the mall.

The victim caught up with one of the suspects and pinned him against the wall outside the Call It Spring store. A plainclothes security guard responded to assist the victim, and the second suspect returned to assist the first suspect. A physical struggle followed, and one of the suspects displayed a handgun. Both suspects fled, using an exit near the Littman jewelry store.

The victim was not injured.

The suspects are black males, 18 to 20 years old, with medium builds. One was wearing a black baseball cap, backwards; and a black Polo jacket with Polo horse insignia. The other was wearing a black leather jacket, dark jeans and dark hoodie.
