Devin Millard Tweedy has been charged with attempted first degree murder, first degree assault, and use of a handgun in a felony/crime of violence. He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Baltimore County Police are investigating a shooting Thursday night at Limit Avenue and Falkirk Road 21239.
At 11:54 p.m., Baltimore County Police and Fire personnel responded to the 6400 block of Falkirk Road 21239 for a shooting. When officers arrived on the scene, they discovered an adult male suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the mid-body. The male was transported to an area hospital where his current condition is unknown.
The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that the victim was in an alley near Limit Avenue and Falkirk Road when he was shot at least once by an unknown suspect.
The Baltimore County Police Department Violent Crimes Unit is investigating this incident. Detectives will be working to determine if this was a targeted crime.
