UPDATE (May 28):

Baltimore County Police have charged two men in connection with the May 23 shooting in Reisterstown that left a man injured.

  • Darrell Maurice Wyche (21) of the Unit block of Woodstream Court in Owings Mills.
  • Justin Lloyd Faison (19) of the 100 block of Royalty Circle in Owings Mills.

Both men have been charged with attempted first degree murder, armed robbery, and related charges. Both are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Investigators determined that Darrell Maurice Wyche and Justin Lloyd Faison followed the victim to his home in the 200 block of Parkholme Circle 21136 from a bank and confronted him. The suspects shot the victim once and took his wallet before fleeing the scene.

The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating a Friday afternoon shooting in Reisterstown that left a man injured.

At 2:56 p.m., Baltimore County Police and Fire personnel responded to a home in the 200 block of Parkholme Circle 21136 for a shooting. When officers arrived at the location, they discovered an adult male suffering from a single gunshot wound to the upper body.

The male was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. His current condition is unknown.

The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that the suspects entered the victim’s home through an unlocked front door and confronted him. During the confrontation, the victim was shot in the upper body. The suspects then fled the scene.

This incident is under active investigation by the Baltimore County Police Violent Crimes Unit. Investigators believe that the victim was targeted.
