UPDATE (July 9):
Baltimore County Police have identified the third suspect in the Bijoux Jewelers theft on May 13 as 45-year-old Stanley William Lester Gwynn of Elkridge. He has been charged with theft from $10,000 to under $100,000 and is free on $100,000 bail.
The fourth suspect is an adult female that is not in police custody. Her identity is known but will not be released until she has been officially charged.
Baltimore County Police detectives are asking anyone with information on deception thefts such as this one to call police at 410-307-2020.

Baltimore County Police have taken two people into custody in connection with the theft of $25,000 worth of jewelry from Bijoux Jewelers in Lutherville.
Robert Antoine Weathers and Robin Tracey Nelson were taken into custody Monday morning at the Comfort Inn in the 5800 block of Baltimore National Pike 21228.
The investigation into this incident has indicated that on May 13, a male and female pair entered Bijoux Jewelers followed about a minute later by another male and female pair. While three of the suspects distracted employees, the fourth took jewelry from a safe in the office. The theft was not noticed until after the suspects left the store.
Investigators have also charged Robert Antoine Weathers and Robin Tracey Nelson in connection with the following cases:
Theft of $46,250 worth of jewelry from Ricardo’s Gems and Jewelry in Lutherville on December 31, 2013.
A male suspect and female suspect entered the Ricardo’s Gems and Jewelry store. The female suspect asked to view some expensive jewelry. While the clerk was helping the female suspect, the male suspect took several rings from an unlocked display case. Both suspects then left the location in an unknown vehicle.
Theft of $2075 worth of jewelry from Kaylah Designs in Pikesville on September 9, 2013.
A male suspect and female suspect entered the Kaylah Designs store in the 1400 block of Reisterstown Road. The female suspect stated that she wanted to buy a ring. The male suspect asked to use the bathroom. He is later seen on surveillance video entering the jeweler’s room. When the male suspect returned to the showroom area; both suspects left the location. The employees discovered jewelry missing from the jeweler’s room after the suspects left the store.
Robert Antoine Weathers is also charged in connection with the theft of $13,384 from North Plaza Liquors in Parkville on January 16. In that case three suspects entered the store. Two of the suspects began speaking to employees while the third sat in a chair in the front of the store. When the employees turned their back on him, the third suspect entered the office. The suspects left the location in an unknown direction.
Robert Antoine Weathers and Robin Tracy Nelson are being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $450,000 bail.
