At 5:47 p.m., the victim met with an unknown suspect to sell him his Xbox. Once the victim and the suspect agreed to the purchase price, the suspect handed the victim the cash, which was actually counterfeit. The suspect then grabbed the Xbox and pushed the victim back into his vehicle. The unknown suspect then kicked the victim and fled the scene.

At 6:07 p.m., two juvenile suspects shoplifted from the Hollister store in the White Marsh Mall and were detained outside of the store by a loss prevention employee. While being escorted back to the store, they physically assaulted the loss prevention employee and tried to steal the stolen property back from his possession. One juvenile suspect was captured and arrested, the other juvenile suspect fled after pepper spraying multiple mall patrons and employees.
Around 6:15 p.m., a male suspect attempted to take merchandise from the Walmart store. As the suspect was attempting to flee the store, a loss prevention employee, attempting to stop the suspect, was assaulted by him. The suspect was then arrested at the scene.
At 7:31 p.m., two unknown female suspects driving a vehicle approached the victim and asked her for her phone. The victim refused and the suspects then pulled the victim's hair causing her to fall to the ground. While on the ground, the suspects hit the victim and then took her cell phone. The suspects then left the scene.
At 3 p.m., the victim and suspect were arguing over money owed to the victim. The suspect took money from the suspect's pocket and then assaulted him. The suspect hid the money which was later recovered and the suspect was arrested.
At 5 p.m., two male suspects entered the Rainbow clothing store armed with a handgun. The suspects tied up the employees and stole money.
Around 3:45 p.m., an unknown juvenile suspect threatened to cut a juvenile victim if he did not give him his shoes. The unknown juvenile suspect pushed the victim to the ground and removed the victim's shoes. The juvenile suspect left the scene on a mountain bike.
