    Baltimore County Police detectives have charged a man in connection with the abuse of two vulnerable adults in a group home in the 4100 Block of Taylor Avenue in Parkville.

    Gary Lee Toft (63), of the 1200 Block of Frailey Way 21205, has been charged with vulnerable adult abuse, perverted practice, and numerous sex offenses. He is currently being held at CBIF in Baltimore City because of previous charges made by City Police detectives. He has been given $350,000 bail for the Baltimore County Case.

Sometime between 9:45 and 10:20 p.m., two unknown black males armed with handguns entered the apartment and robbed the victims of cash, marijuana, and a cell phone.

Sometime between 11 and 11:34 p.m., an officer responded to an armed carjacking call where a white male stole a female victim's car at knife point. The victim was not injured and the suspect was apprehended in the victim's vehicle a few hours later in Baltimore City. The victim's vehicle was not damaged during this incident and it was later returned to the victim.

At 1:45 a.m., the suspect used a knife to cut the victim several times.

At 5:45 p.m., the suspect cut the victim’s hand with a knife.

At 2:55 a.m., the suspect struck the victim with his car. Mohamed Elgouhary, 22, of the 3700 block Eastern Avenue 21224, has been charged on a warrant.

At 6:25 p.m., a known suspect struck the victim with his vehicle. Charges are pending.

Sometween between 1 and 1:30 p.m., the suspect entered the residence yelling about the victim improperly treating her mother. The suspect then shoved the victim and held a knife to his throat in the kitchen advising she would “slice him”. Victim was able to get out of the home and call 911.
