    On December 28, 2013 at 11:46 p.m., police were called to a home in the 1200 block of 63rd Street 21237 for a report of a stabbing. When officers arrived on the scene, they found an adult male and an adult female suffering from cut wounds.

Sometime between 6 p.m. on July 29 and 11 a.m. on July 31, several appliances were taken from houses that were under construction.

Sometime between 9:30 p.m. on July 30 and noon on July 31, unknown suspects broke the front door glass to the shed and removed lawn equipment. The suspects also attempted to remove an ATV.

Sometime between 8:30 p.m. on July 28 and 11 a.m. on July 31, unknown suspects entered the victim’s unsecured garage and removed tools valued at $780.

At 11:50 p.m., the suspects assaulted two victims with a baseball bat. The suspects took cash and a cell phone. One of the suspects had a handgun.

Sometime between 10 p.m. on July 27 and 7:15 p.m. on July 29, unknown suspects gained entry by removing the back window. The residence was ransacked. Unknown if any items are missing.

At 2:55 a.m., the suspect struck the victim with his car. Mohamed Elgouhary, 22, of the 3700 block Eastern Avenue 21224, has been charged on a warrant.

Sometime between 11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., unknown suspect(s) took a bicycle from an unsecured garage.
