    Bill served as the Director of Media Relations for the Baltimore County Police Department from 1996 to 2010. Bill was a good friend to many of us in the public safety and government community and a committed, enthusiastic media relations practitioner. We will miss him.

Sometime between 8 p.m. on March 22 and 6:40 p.m. on March 23, an unknown suspect broke a den window in order to gain entry into the residence. Once inside, the suspect stole several pieces of jewelry.

Between 3:15 p.m. and 4:15 p.m., unknown suspects kicked in the rear basement door. When that failed , the suspects threw a brick through the small window in the door. The suspects could not gain entry because of a dead bolt on the door. Then the suspects threw a brick through the basement window and gained entry.

Sometime between 6 p.m. on December 14 and 6:15 a.m. on December 15, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the Glen Meadows Waste Water Treatment Facility by unknown means. Once inside, the suspect(s) kicked in the office door, rummaged through the office drawers and removed a range finder. The suspect(s) then stole a pressure washer.

Sometime between 5:30 p.m. on December 5 and 7 a.m. on December 6, the victim found that the front door window of Glen Arm Lumber had been smashed with a cinder block. A laptop, cash and a carton of cigarettes were stolen.

Sometime between 9 a.m. and 12:27 p.m. an unknown subject(s) used force to gain entry into the residence and stole cash and jewelry.

Between 8 p.m. November 12 and 4:50 p.m. November 13, unknown suspects pried an entry door to a maintenance garage. The suspects removed 2 snow blowers, two saws and three backpack blowers.

Sometime between noon on October 11 and 7:30 a.m. on October 13, an unknown suspect gained entry to a locked gated area of the Mid Atlantic Turf Equipment LLC. Once inside, access was gained to a locked garage and a parts shop. The garage and parts shop were both ransacked, but nothing was missing.
