At 11 a.m., suspect was caught shoplifting at the Target store. When approached by a loss prevention officer, the suspect pulled out a knife. The loss prevention officer called police and the suspect fled.

Baltimore County Police detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting in Gwynn Oak in December 2013 that left a man deceased.
The family of the victim is offering an additional $1,000.00 through Metro Crime Stoppers for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.

Sometime between November 15 at noon and November 17 at 9:23 a.m., unknown suspect pried open the doors of a shed and stole landscaping equipment.
Sometime between November 12 at 5:15 p.m. and November 13 at 9 a.m., unknown suspect entered the office at Grace Fellowship Church and removed electronics.
Sometime between November 7 at 3:30 p.m. and November 8 at 8 a.m., unknown suspect entered home under construction and stole tools.
Sometime between 3 and 8 p.m., unknown suspect gained entry to the residence by the front door and took electronics.
Baltimore County Police have sent out an auto-dialer alert to selected residences in northern Baltimore County. This is in response to deception burglaries in that area.
Suspects generally pose as employees of the County, Water Department or BGE. The suspects sometimes claim that they need to check water/water pipes or do an inspection in the basement/bathroom/property. The suspects may approach the victims and ask where the property line is to dig a ditch/do tree/fence work in the rear of the property. While the victim is distracted, another subject enters the victim's home to take property.

Victim advised that he secured the garage door shut on November 4 at 11 p.m. and when he left the house on November 5 at 8:45 a.m. the door was partially open. Victim does not believe any property is missing.
