Between 8 p.m. on December 13 and 8:23 p.m. on December 14, an unknown suspect pried open the front door to the Law Office of Seth Okin, and took electronics.

Between 8 p.m. on December 13 and 8:23 p.m. on December 14, an unknown suspect removed door glass to enter LMS Law, and took electronics.

At 10 p.m., the victim asked a young woman if she wanted to get into his car. She agreed, and they were talking when the suspect confronted them. The suspect displayed a gun and demanded the victim's property. The suspect struck the victim with the gun and took his wallet. The suspect told the woman to get out the car and they left the area. The victim did not report the incident until the following day.

Between 1 p.m. on December 7 and 2:15 p.m. on December 21, an unknown suspect entered a vacant home and removed copper piping from the basement.

Between 7:30 and 8:46 p.m., an unknown suspect pried open a rear window. Electronics were taken.

Between 4:30 p.m. on November 30 and 11:30 a.m. on December 1, an unknown suspect took money and a watch from Postal USA. There were no signs of forced entry.

Between noon on November 30 and 2 p.m. on December 3, an unknown suspect broke a window to enter the Track Kitchen and took money and cash registers.
