At 10:20 p.m., two male suspects entered the Sunoco and demanded the victim open the cash drawers. When the victim did not comply, one suspect displayed a gun while the second suspect attempted to open the drawers. Suspect did not open the cash drawers, but did damage a lottery machine.

Around noon, suspect gained entry through a rear door and took jewelry. Suspect was later located and arrested.
Sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., unknown suspect(s) broke a door to gain access to the residence and stole jewelry.
Around 11:30 a.m., suspect advised victim he was there for a follow-up inspection for the roof. While the suspect was inside the home he stole jewelry.
Sometime between January 25 at 1 p.m. and January 26 at 10:45 a.m., unknown suspect(s) cut a lock from a shed. Suspect(s) do not appear to have entered the shed or remove any items. Sometime between January 22 at 5 p.m. and January 26 at 12:45 p.m., unknown suspect(s) removed the lock from another shed on the same block and stole lawn equipment.
At 3:40 a.m., victim advised a known suspect entered their condo while they were asleep. Victim confronted the suspect, who fled using the back door.
At 2:45 p.m., victim was approached by a male suspect who displayed a gun. Suspect assaulted the victim and stole the victim's bag, containing a computer.
