    Baltimore County Homicide Detectives have charged a suspect in connection with a December 2013 shooting at the Windsor Inn in Windsor Mill that left a security guard for the business deceased.

    Devin Michael Jones (24) of the unit block of Spinners Court 21133 has been charged with first degree murder and is being held bail without at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Sometime between October 27 at 7 p.m. and October 29 at 11 a.m., unknown suspect broke a sliding glass door and entered the residence. Nothing was taken.

Sometime between 6:30 and 8:15 p.m., unknown suspect gained entry by prying open the front door. Cash and jewelry were taken.

At 3:40 p.m., an unknown suspect used a crowbar to pry open the rear door to the business. Once inside, the suspect went through drawers and removed a safe.

At 2:30 p.m., suspect took saw blades from the Home Depot store and fought with a store employee while trying to flee.

At 2:20 p.m., unknown suspect broke the front door of the business. Suspect pried open a cash register and safe. Cash and other items were taken.

At 7:20 p.m., a suspect approached the victim while she was in her car and pointed a gun at her. The victim fled the scene and called police.

At 5:08 p.m., suspect displayed a handgun and forced victim to unlock door to a hotel room where victim was staying. Electronics and personal items were taken.
