At 3 a.m., the victim found the suspect in his office  suite. The police searched, found and arrested the suspect. The suspect told police he was homeless and was trying to stay out of the cold.

Sometime between 5 p.m. on December 10 and 8 a.m. on December 11, an unknown suspect gained access to the Church of Immaculate Conception and took a laptop.

At 12:50 a.m., an unknown subject entered the fenced in location and used bolt cutters to cut the hinges off three separate trailers and stole various items.

At 3:30 a.m., three suspects gained access to a detached garage and took electronic equipment and a bicycle. Police were able to take one of the suspect into custody nearby.

Sometime between 7 a.m. on November 15 and 10:08 a.m. on November 16, an unknown suspect gained entry to The Mitre Box store by prying plywood from a door. The suspect took a heater and some bathroom supplies.

At 2:03 a.m., an unknown suspect gained entry to the Exxon gas station by breaking a window and took money.

Sometime between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., an unknown suspect gained access to a storage locker by unknown means. The suspect took electronics and other personal items.
