At 8:20 p.m., the victim had just finished making a food delivery to the location when he was approached by a suspect with a silver knife. The suspect stated "give me all your money". The suspect took money from the victim and fled the scene.

Sometime between 12:00 p.m. and 8:24 p.m., an unknown suspect gained entry to the location through unknown means. Taken from the location was a TV and a house key.

Sometime between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., unknown suspects cut the lock to a storage unit and took two bikes.

Sometime between 8:15 a.m. and 3:06 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the location by forcing a rear sliding glass door. Electronic items and cash were taken.

Sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., an unknown suspect entered a home through the back door window. Electronics and jewelry were taken from the location.

Sometime between 9:00 a.m. and 6:16 p.m., an unknown suspect broke the outside padlock. There were no pry marks around the door knob. Nothing was missing from inside and investigators could not tell if entry had been gained.

At 3:30 p.m., the suspects approached the victim and asked him for his cell phone. When the victim stated that he did not have a cell phone, the suspects punched him in the face and took two DVDs he was holding.
