    Baltimore County health officials have put out this warning about a rabid cat in the Reisterstown area:

    The Baltimore County Department of Health is urging residents near Delight Road in Reisterstown (21136) to be aware of possible exposure to a cat which tested positive for rabies on Monday, September 29. he cat was a male, grey striped tabby that may have had a limp.

    In light of this incident, area residents are urged to contact the Health Department if they have had direct exposure to this cat AND to take actions to protect themselves, their families and pets from rabies exposure. Contact health officials at 410-887-6092.

At approximately 6:45 p.m., the suspect approached the victim in a parking lot, displayed a gun, and demanded property. The suspect took a wallet containing cash and a cell phone before fleeing the scene.

Sometime between 7 and 8 p.m., the victim was walking south-bound on Goucher Boulevard when a black Jeep Cherokee pulled up to him. An occupant of the vehicle pointed a handgun at him and demanded money. The suspect began firing at the victim and the victim ran off uninjured.

At approximately 12:30 a.m., the suspect approached a teller at the M&T Bank, implied he had a weapon, and demanded money. The suspect fled the location with an undisclosed amount of money.

At 1:08 p.m., an unknown suspect approached a teller at the Bank of America. The teller thought the subject was suspicious, so she pressed the holdup alarm. The suspect then ran from the scene.

At approximately 12:25 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the Bank of America and demanded money. The suspect fled the location with an undisclosed amount of money.

Sometime between 8 p.m. on September 16 and 11:30 a.m. on September 17, an unknown suspect gained entry to the property of Cracking Crab by removing wood panels on an exterior fence. The suspect then attempted to gain entry to an industrial refrigerator but was not successful.

At 1:45 p.m., the suspect entered the M&T Bank, displayed a handgun, and demanded money. The suspect fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
