The victim told police that sometime between 3:21 and 4:21 p.m., she was approached by three suspects wearing masks. They asked her if she had any cigarettes. When she said "no" one of the suspects stabbed her in the arm. The suspects did not take anything from her and she went to an area hospital for treatment.

On August 14 at 1:43 p.m., Baltimore County Police responded to a home in the 900 block of Fairmount Avenue 21204 for a report of an assault. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 65-year-old man suffering from a stab wound to the mid-body. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

The investigation into this incident has indicated that the injured man and the 50-year-old suspect live together in the home. The man and the suspect became involved in an argument. During the argument, the suspect stabbed the man.

The suspect remained at the scene and was taken into custody. He has been identified as 50-year-old Christopher James Cullen. He has been charged with first-degree assault and related charges. He was released on $100,000 bail.

This incident remains under investigation by the Towson Precinct Investigate Services Team.
