Update - Police Identify Victim in Lochearn Homicide
Baltimore County Police have identified the victim in the Saturday, September 20, homicide in Lochearn. His name is Jonathan Michael Watkins, 20, last known address in the 100-block of Village of Pine Court, 21244.

The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in Lochearn.
On September 20, at 2:06 a.m., Baltimore County police responded to the area of Lantern Hill Drive and Sedgemoor Road, 21207 for a check on subject call. Police found an unidentified young male subject suffering from severe trauma to the body. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Baltimore County police homicide detectives are investigating the case. Police are asking anyone with information about this crime to call (410) 307-2020. Sometime between 12:31 and 12:39 a.m., an unknown suspect attempted to enter a home by removing an air conditioning unit from a window.
At 3 p.m., an unknown suspect removed the center portion of a door knob and attempted to pry open the door, but was not successful.
At approximately 10:15 a.m., an unknown suspect kicked the front door. The door jam was damaged but entry was not gained into the location.
Sometime between 4 and 5 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the back yard and removed a screen from a rear window. A window to the garage was also open. Nothing was taken from the location.
At 10:30 a.m., an unknown suspect attempted to enter the apartment by prying the strike plate on the front door.
At 10:30 p.m., the victim heard a scraping sound coming from the living room window. A screen had possibly been removed from the window and there were fresh finger prints on the window.
