The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in a March 2 theft at the J.C. Penney store in Eastpoint Mall.

At approximately 7:20 p.m., the victim, who is a delivery person for Seasons Pizza, had just finished delivering a food order to an apartment in the 200 block of Donnybrook Road 21286. As he was walking down the stairs to the front door, he noticed the two suspects approaching him from the outside.
The two suspects entered the building, displayed handguns, and demanded property. The suspects took a cell phone, keys, and cash from the victim. The suspects then exited the building, got into the victim’s car and fled the scene.
The victim, a 51-year-old male that is not a Towson University Student, was not injured during the incident.

Sometime between 4:30 and 5:04 a.m., unknown suspects broke the lock off of the doors to Towson Place Liquors to gain entry into the business. Scratch off lottery tickets were taken from the location.
Sometime between 1:15 and 1:20 p.m., an unknown suspect entered an apartment, but ran away when he encountered a resident.

Baltimore County Police have downgraded this incident to a suspicious condition.
On January 26 at 3:39 a.m., police responded to an apartment in the 100 block of Dumbarton Road 21212 for a robbery report. A 22-year-old man told officers that about an hour earlier he was in the unit block of Cedar Ave 21286. An unknown person struck him on the head and he fell to the ground. A friend drove him home. When he got home, he noticed that his wallet and keys were missing. He could provide no suspect description. He still had his cell phone.
The investigation into this incident has indicated that the victim had been to several bars in the Towson area that night. An area resident located the man’s wallet, containing cash, and keys the next day. The man told police that a credit card was missing from the wallet as well as some cash from a secret compartment in the wallet. The credit card that the man said was missing from his wallet was located in one of the bars that he had been to that night.
The victim told police that sometime between 1:30 and 1:56 a.m. he was on Cedar Avenue when he was struck on the head and knocked down by unknown suspects. After he got home, he noticed that his wallet and keys were missing.
Sometime between 8:30 p.m. on January 24 and 3:40 a.m. on January 25,an unknown suspect gained access to an apartment by prying the front door. A television was taken from the location.
Sometime between 8:40 a.m. and 7:10 p.m., an unknown suspect entered a home through an unsecured door. Cash, jewelry, and electronics were taken.
