At 9:30 a.m., when the housekeeper arrived, she discovered the kitchen door was open and kitchen ransacked. Upon a search by police, they discovered the entire home was ransacked. The owners were out of town.

Sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., unknown suspect(s) removed the screen from the kitchen window and entered the home. Once inside they stole two televisions, clothing and electronics.

Sometime between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., victim advised that unknown suspect(s) broke into her room and stole her television. The residence is a boarding house shared by several other residents.

Sometime between 5 p.m. on July 14 and 4:30 p.m. on July 16, unknown suspect(s) broke into victim's storage room and stole a saw.

Sometime between 9 and 10:15 a.m., unknown suspect(s) entered home through the basement door and rummaged throughout the residence. The victim determined that $100 was taken from a box in her home office.

Victim was away from home from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. When victim arrived home, he discovered that his rear door was damaged and his residence ransacked by unknown suspect(s). Cash and electronic items were stolen.

At 12:35 a.m., officer was flagged down for a robbery that just occurred. Suspect displayed a handgun from his backpack and stole cash from the victim. Suspect apprehended by K9 after a foot pursuit by district officers. The handgun and the victim's cash were recovered.
