    Faye Waters is a vblack female, 5'05", 145 pounds, short black hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be wearing a brown winter coat with black striped pajama pants.

    Baltimore County Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a November 17 robbery in Halethorpe.

    At approximately 1 a.m., the victim was walking in the 3300 block of Washington Avenue 21227 when he was approached by two suspects. Both suspects displayed knives and demanded money. The suspect took the victim’s wallet and cell phone before fleeing the scene. The suspects later tried to use the victim’s ATM card at an area bank.

The victim was stopped in her vehicle at Smith Avenue and Greenspring Avenue. The suspect approached the vehicle, opened the door, and pulled the victim out of the car. The suspect then drove off in the victim's car.

At 3:30 p.m., the suspect gained entry to the location by breaking the glass on a rear door. Jewelry and a handgun were taken.

At approximately 10:40 p.m., the victim had exited his vehicle and was retrieving items from it when he was approached by armed suspects. The suspect took money from the victim and fled the scene.

Sometime between 7:40 a.m. and 5:45 p.m., an unknown suspect forced the front door open to gain access to the location. Jewelry was taken from the location.

Sometime between 3:00 p.m. on March 25 and 10:00 a.m. on March 26, unknown suspects gained entry to the location by breaking a rear window. Copper was taken from the location.

Sometime between 8:00 p.m. on March 25 and 7:22 p.m. on April 5, unknown suspects gained entry to the location through a front window. Taken front the location was a custom drum set.

Sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 2:45 p.m., unknown suspects gained entry to the location by forcing a rear sliding door. Electronics and jewelry were taken from the location.
