    NOAA issued the first outlook for the 2015 hurricane season, calling for a 70% likelihood of a below-normal season in the Atlantic, but a 70% chance of an above-normal season in the Eastern Pacific. (http://go.usa.gov/39zWY) Both of these outlooks are dominated by effects of the strengthening El Ninõ conditions, bringing warmer than normal surface temperatures to the eastern Pacific, and near-normal temperatures in the western Atlantic. Sometime between 3:00 p.m. on February 27 and 1:50 a.m. on March 3, the front and back windows of a vacant home were broken out and the front and rear doors were unlocked.

Sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., unknown suspects entered the location and took electronic items.

Sometime between 9:00 a.m. on February 27 and 12:30 a.m. on February 28, an unknown suspect gained entry to the location by breaking the glass on a rear sliding glass door. Electronic items were taken from the location.

Sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 6:40 p.m., an unknown suspect kicked the rear door to gain entry to the location. Electronic items were taken.

Sometime between 12:00 p.m. on February 15 and 1:00 a.m. on February 16, an unknown suspect entered the location through a window. Cash and electronic games were taken.

Sometime between 6:45 p.m. and 7:15 p.m., an unknown suspect attempted to kick in an apartment door. Entry was not made into the location.

Sometime between 6:30 p.m. and 11:40 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the location through a side basement window. Electronic items were taken from the location.
