    Nearly three months ago, 16-year-old Elise Fellner of Forest Hill was trying out for volleyball at a school in Kingsville when she collapsed from sudden cardiac arrest. Her coach and the athletic director immediately began CPR; BCoFD EMS crews followed up with defibrillation using an automatic external defibrillator. Elise has recovered fully.

    She and other survivors of sudden cardiac arrest will join Baltimore County Fire and EMS personnel and elected officials tomorrow, Thursday, October 23, 11:30 a.m., at the Parkville Fire Station. Each year, the Fire Department welcomes survivors of sudden cardiac arrest and the people who helped save them in an effort to raise awareness about the importance of CPR and defibrillation.

    The Parkville station is located at 2325 Putty Hill Ave., 21234. County Executive Kevin Kamenetz and Fire Chief John Hohman are scheduled to attend. The event will include a demonstration of CPR by EMS personnel.

Reisterstown Road from the Route 30 split to Franklin Boulevard will be closed on Saturday, September 6 from 9 to 11 a.m. for the Reisterstown Parade. Call 410-887-6975 for more information.

At 5:30 p.m., the suspect entered a store, produced a gun, and demanded money. The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

At 3:25 a.m., two suspects wearing masks entered the FEDEX Office store. One of the suspects had a weapon, and the suspects demanded money from the cashier. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash from the location before fleeing the scene.

At 2:35 p.m., the victim was standing at a bus stop when he was approached by three suspects. The suspects displayed a knife and demanded money. The victim was able to get away from the suspects and call 911. The suspects were located and taken into custody.

At approximately 2:40 a.m., unknown suspects broke a large display window to gain access to a business. The suspects took merchandise form the business and fled the scene.

Sometime between 11:00 p.m. and 11:15 p.m., the victim was walking when he was approached by the first suspect. The first suspect pointed a handgun at him and a second suspect came up and pushed him to the ground. The suspects took a wallet containing cash, a cell phone, and a house key before fleeing the scene.

Sometime between 9:00 p.m. on March 18 and 6:51 a.m. on March 19, unknown suspects gained access to a car dealership by breaking out the front window. Taken from inside the location were various car keys and tags. There were two Porsche Cayennes taken from the lot.
