Around noon, a female suspect knocked on the victim's door posing as a contractor working for a neighbor. Suspect asked the victim to accompany her while she surveyed property lines. While the suspect and victim were at the back of the property, a second suspect entered the victim's house and took jewelry and a safe.

Sometime between 6:30 and 9:38 p.m., unknown suspect forced entry into the residence and stole a handgun, jewelry, and personal items.

Sometime between October 10 at 4:50 p.m. and October 13 at 11:46 a.m., unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry to the home. The front door and front door lock were damaged, but no entry was gained.

Sometime between October 3 at midnight and October 13 at 1 p.m., unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the location and removed copper pipes.

Sometime between October 2 at 11 p.m. and October 3 at 8 a.m., unknown suspect attempted to force open the front door of the apartment. Suspect did not gain entry.

Sometime between October 2 at 6 p.m. and October 3 at 5 p.m., unknown suspect(s) entered the apartment and stole electronics and cash.

Sometime between September 26 at 8 p.m. and September 27 at midnight, an unknown suspect entered the apartment and stole a computer and phone.
