    Nearly three months ago, 16-year-old Elise Fellner of Forest Hill was trying out for volleyball at a school in Kingsville when she collapsed from sudden cardiac arrest. Her coach and the athletic director immediately began CPR; BCoFD EMS crews followed up with defibrillation using an automatic external defibrillator. Elise has recovered fully.

    She and other survivors of sudden cardiac arrest will join Baltimore County Fire and EMS personnel and elected officials tomorrow, Thursday, October 23, 11:30 a.m., at the Parkville Fire Station. Each year, the Fire Department welcomes survivors of sudden cardiac arrest and the people who helped save them in an effort to raise awareness about the importance of CPR and defibrillation.

    The Parkville station is located at 2325 Putty Hill Ave., 21234. County Executive Kevin Kamenetz and Fire Chief John Hohman are scheduled to attend. The event will include a demonstration of CPR by EMS personnel.

At 7:10 p.m., three victims were robbed at gunpoint by three unknown subjects. The robbers took cash and clothing.

At midnight, the victim was approached by an armed suspect who demanded money. The victim complied and the subject fled with the cash.

At 4:13 a.m., unknown subjects entered the Nature Care Pharmacy by prying open the front door. The suspects removed a safe containing drugs then dragged it to an awaiting SUV that was parked outside. After loading the safe, the suspects fled towards North Rolling Road.

At 10:10 p.m., an unknown subject approached the victim while in his car. The subject displayed a handgun and took the victim's cellphone, a bracelet and some change. The subject fled the area towards Craigmont Avenue. The cellphone was recovered.

Between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., unknown subjects broke into the residence and took televisions, a game system and two pieces of electronic equipment.

At 8:44 p.m., police responded to an armed robbery. An unknown male entered the store and attempted to make a purchase at the register. When the cashier opened the drawer, the subject displayed a knife and threatened the cashier. The subject stole cash from the register and fled the scene.

At 8 p.m., the victim was robbed by two armed suspects. The suspects stole the victim's cell phone and money.
