    The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 11-year-old boy in the Rosedale area.

    Walter Banos Lopez is a Hispanic male, 5’00”, 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He should be wearing a green jacket, blue “Gap” sweater, and black pants.

    Anyone with information on Walter Banos Lopez is asked to call police at 410-307-2020.

Between 2 and 10 p.m., an unknown subject kicked in the rear patio door and entered the location. The subject stole jewelry.

At approximately 7:10 p.m., an unknown suspect gained entry to an apartment by using a crow bar to pry open a door. Once inside, he confronted the victim demanding money and wanting know where someone was. The suspect fled from the location without taking anything.

At 1:15 p.m., an unknown subject pried the door open to the residence. The subject jumped off the balcony of the apartment when confronted by a witness.

At 11:15 p.m., the victim was approached by two male subjects. The subjects attempted to reach into the car and rob the victim of the food they falsely ordered. The victim fled the scene in his car. No money or goods were taken and no weapons were implied.

At 3:15 a.m., a known subject entered the victim's house, without permission, through a bedroom window. The homeowner  forced the suspect from the location. The suspect was arrested later.

At 9:20 p.m., two unknown male subjects robbed the victim at gun point. The suspects took a cellphone and tablet. They fled towards Essex Road.

Police responded to a call for an Armed Robbery at the High's store. The victim told police an unknown male came into the store and robbed him at gunpoint. The suspect took cash.
