Update - Police Identify Victim in Lochearn Homicide
Baltimore County Police have identified the victim in the Saturday, September 20, homicide in Lochearn. His name is Jonathan Michael Watkins, 20, last known address in the 100-block of Village of Pine Court, 21244.

The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in Lochearn.
On September 20, at 2:06 a.m., Baltimore County police responded to the area of Lantern Hill Drive and Sedgemoor Road, 21207 for a check on subject call. Police found an unidentified young male subject suffering from severe trauma to the body. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Baltimore County police homicide detectives are investigating the case. Police are asking anyone with information about this crime to call (410) 307-2020. at 12:05 p.m., unknown suspects entered the location through the rear basement door. Once inside, the suspects ransacked the area.
At 6:40 a.m., three unknown suspects entered the garage at the location and removed three dirt bike racers. They fled toward Windsor Mill Road.
At 7:30 a.m., the suspects knocked on the front door on the location and then went around the back of the location. Suspect #1 cut the screen to a sunroom then made entry. The victim saw the suspect and that suspect exited through the window where he was seen running into the woods with the suspect #2. Nothing was taken.
At 9:05 p.m., an unknown male cut the screen of a screen door. Once inside, the suspect pointed a gun at the victim. When the victim saw the gun, she fled the area. The suspect went through drawers of a bedroom dresser.
Sometime between 12:30 a.m. September 11 and 6 a.m. September 12, an unknown subject damaged a window and a door according to the victim. Nothing was missing from the location.
At 11:58 a.m., the victim advised that construction materials items were missing from the location. There was no forced entry.
