Baltimore County Police have charged a suspect in connection with the February 25 shooting on Bayville Rd in Middle River that left a man deceased.
Antwan Donta Holmes (37) of the 3900 block of Red Deer Circle 21133 has been charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

At 12:45 p.m., three unknown subjects approached the victim as he exited the school bus at Woodlawn Middle School. One suspect told the victim he liked his shoes and ordered him to take them off. The victim refused and attempted to run. Another suspect grabbed him, assaulted him and removed the victim's Nike "Lebron" shoes off his feet. The suspects fled on foot.
At 11:20 p.m., the victim was walking and was jumped be several suspects. One suspect punched him in the face knocking him to the ground. While the victim was on the ground, the suspects took $10 and the victim's driver's license.
At 4 p.m., the victim was walking home when the suspect yelled "Hey man, come here and let hold those shoes." The victim began to run as the suspect chased him. The suspect caught the victim, assaulted him, then stole his shoes and wallet.
At 10:15 p.m., the victim exited the MTA bus at Liberty Road and Chapman Road and walked towards Carriage Hill Circle. The suspect approached him and asked for directions to Randallstown High School. After the victim gave the directions, the suspect took the victim's cell phone. The suspect fled on foot eastbound on Liberty Road towards Chapman.
At 1 a.m., the victim met the suspect at the Sudsville Laundromat where they agreed to go back to the suspect's house to smoke marijuana. Once back at the suspects's home, the suspect mentioned to the victim that he said something to his girl. The suspect then hit the victim in the face, picked him up and slammed him on the deck and took his cell phone. The victim escaped and ran for help. He could not give an exact address.
At 11:30 p.m., the victim was assaulted by several known suspects. The female suspect punched her in the face as another suspect kicked and punched her. During the assault, the victim's hat and cell phone was taken. Police located the suspects and took them into custody. The victim's property was recovered and additional stolen property from a theft from an auto was also recovered.
