Baltimore County Police have charged a suspect in connection with the February 25 shooting on Bayville Rd in Middle River that left a man deceased.
Antwan Donta Holmes (37) of the 3900 block of Red Deer Circle 21133 has been charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

At 10:25 p.m., the victim was approached by a group of subjects. One of the subjects stole his cell phone and another subject assaulted him. The subjects then ran in an unknown direction.
At 3:05 a.m., the victim was walking and talking on her cell phone when the suspect approached her. The suspect tried to grab the cell phone from her hand and she struggled with him. During the stuggle, the suspect punched her in the face. The suspect ran away when she screamed.
At 5:05 p.m., three suspects approached the victim and asked him for a cigarette. One of the suspects attempted to reach into his pocket and demanded his phone. The suspects did not get anything from the victim and were later located and taken into custody.
At 4:30 p.m., the victim was in a parking lot when he was approached by three suspects. One of the suspects asked him if he wanted to buy a cell phone. When he declined, one of the suspects pulled out a handgun. The suspects took his headphones and he walked home.
At 8:30 p.m., the suspect entered the Family Dollar store and displayed a gun. He fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
At 3:30 p.m., the victim was approached from behind by one of the suspects who put him in a headlock. That suspect placed a gun in his back and said "all we want is the phone". A second suspect then took his cell phone. Investigation revealed that the suspects tried to sell the cell phone at an ECO ATM in Security Square Mall but were unsuccessful.
