At 11:15 p.m., three male suspects broke the rear sliding glass door to gain entry into the victims' apartment. They forced one victim to the floor and threatened him with a handgun. The suspects stole cash, clothing and other items.

At 10:54 a.m., two male suspects were seen on video home surveillance entering the location through a rear sliding door. The suspects took several items.

Between 6:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., the victim noticed  noticed a glass jar containing various coins was missing. He also noticed a second jar containing coins was empty, but was still at the same location. The victim went upstairs where he noticed his girlfriend's semi-automatic handgun was missing from the bedroom closet. There was no sign of forced entry.

At 2:14 p.m., three unknown male suspects approached the victim. One of the suspects implied a knife, then took the victim's cellphone.

At 11 p.m., unknown suspects broke into the location and spray painted the bathroom cabinets, then left in an unknown direction.

Between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., an unknown suspect broke into the shed and stole a chainsaw.

On April 19, the victim noticed the lock to his shed missing. A table saw was taken from the shed by two unknown male suspects who were seen walking to the rear of the location at 3:58 a.m. when the items went missing.
