Sometime between 5:47 p.m. and 5:50 p.m., the victim got off of an MTA bus at the location and was approached by four suspects. One of the suspects displayed a handgun and stated "Give me that". The suspects took the victim's grocery bags and fled the scene in a silver Nissan Maxima.

We are attaching the FBI's "wanted" poster for Timothy Virts. The FBI has issued a warrant for Virts re: unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. This warrant is in addition to Baltimore County's warrant for first-degree murder.

At 1:22 p.m., a 50-year-old male was attempting to cross a flooded stream. He was swept downstream and later rescued by Fire Department personnel. The male was transported to Northwest Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
At 8:30 p.m., the suspect entered the Family Dollar store and displayed a gun. He fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
Sometime between 7:00 p.m. on February 16 and 10:00 a.m. on February 17, uknown suspects gained access to a home by prying a window. Jewelry, a safe, and a handgun were taken.
Sometime between 9:00 p.m. and 9:02 p.m., police responded to the location for a burglar alarm. Upon arriving at the location, officers discovered a side door kicked in. Unknown suspects had removed the recorder from the surveillance system. Unknown if anything was taken.
Sometime between 9:48 p.m. and 10:15 p.m., the suspects were seen on video surveillance on the lot of Atlantic Pressure Washers. One of the suspects turned the camera toward the wall. The front door to the business was forced and a pressure washer was taken from inside.
At 4:06 a.m., three males were standing outside of the Fire and Ice Hookah Lounge in the 3500 block of Brenbrook Drive when they were shot by the suspect. The suspect fled the area in an unknown direction. The Violent Crimes Unit is investigating this incident.
