Baltimore County Police detectives have charged a man in connection with the abuse of two vulnerable adults in a group home in the 4100 Block of Taylor Avenue in Parkville.
Gary Lee Toft (63), of the 1200 Block of Frailey Way 21205, has been charged with vulnerable adult abuse, perverted practice, and numerous sex offenses. He is currently being held at CBIF in Baltimore City because of previous charges made by City Police detectives. He has been given $350,000 bail for the Baltimore County Case.

At 7:25 a.m., an unknown male entered the location. No property was taken.
Sometime between 7 a.m. October 22 and 7:30 a.m. October 23, unknown subjects forced open the rear door to the house, breaking the frame. The subjects took change from the victim's bedroom then fled in an unknown direction.
Between 6:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., an unknown subject gained entry through an unsecured rear window. The subject took three LCD televisions.
Between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., unknown subjects broke into the residence and took televisions, a game system and two pieces of electronic equipment.
Between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., an unknown subject attempted to break into the location by prying around a dead bolt. The suspect never made entry.
Between 9:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., an unknown subject entered the rear of the location using a beverage cooler as a step. The subject entered through the unlocked kitchen window and stole cash from the victim's bedroom.
