    Bill served as the Director of Media Relations for the Baltimore County Police Department from 1996 to 2010. Bill was a good friend to many of us in the public safety and government community and a committed, enthusiastic media relations practitioner. We will miss him.

Between 3:30 p.m. and 4:04 p.m., two unknown male suspects entered the residence and stole various items. They may have been driving a white Ford Thunderbird.

Between 12 p.m. and 11 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the home then destroyed some items and stole several others.

Between 2 p.m. and 4:52 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the victim's residence. No forced entry was used. The suspect stole electronic devices and clothing.

At 9:07 p.m., the male suspect kicked in the front door and proceeded to yell at the victim and his ex-girlfriend. The suspect threw various items at the victims, and grabbed various items. The suspect left the scene and was arrested later.

Sometime between 5 p.m. March 18 and 9:30 p.m. March 22, an unknown suspect used force to enter the location. The suspect stole a television, electronics, jewelry and other items. The suspect entered the location through the side garage door and left through the rear basement sliding glass door.

Between 9:15 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., unknown suspects broke into the victim's home through the rear kitchen door. The suspects stole several items from the home.

At 11:54 a.m., two suspects attempted to burglarize the victim's home. The victim surprised the suspects and the men ran off. The police stopped their vehicle and arrested them.
