Sometime between 10 a.m. September 14 and 9:56 a.m. September 21, the victim, who maintains the property, told police that the location is vacant and sustained damage to the rear door and lock in the basement.
At 7:30 a.m., the suspects knocked on the front door on the location and then went around the back of the location. Suspect #1 cut the screen to a sunroom then made entry. The victim saw the suspect and that suspect exited through the window where he was seen running into the woods with the suspect #2. Nothing was taken.
At 9:05 p.m., an unknown male cut the screen of a screen door. Once inside, the suspect pointed a gun at the victim. When the victim saw the gun, she fled the area. The suspect went through drawers of a bedroom dresser.
Sometime between 12 p.m. September 5 and 10:30 a.m. September 6, an unknown subject forced open the rear basement door to the property. While inside the location, the subject stole electronic equipment.
Sometime between 12 and 6:30 p.m., an unknown subject entered the location through an unlocked rear window. The suspect took $1,700 in coins from the location. The suspect exited the location through a rear sliding glass door.
Sometime between 10: a.m. August 30 and 11:28 a.m. September 6, an unknown suspect entered the location and removed items. The suspect entered through a rear basement window. The suspect ate food while inside the location.
