    Faye Waters is a vblack female, 5'05", 145 pounds, short black hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be wearing a brown winter coat with black striped pajama pants.

    Baltimore County Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a November 17 robbery in Halethorpe.

    At approximately 1 a.m., the victim was walking in the 3300 block of Washington Avenue 21227 when he was approached by two suspects. Both suspects displayed knives and demanded money. The suspect took the victim’s wallet and cell phone before fleeing the scene. The suspects later tried to use the victim’s ATM card at an area bank.

Between 9:30 a.m. and 8:48 p.m., an unknown subject entered the residence, then stole clothing and electronic equipment.

at 9:30 a.m., two suspects broke into the residence. Police searched the area for two suspects. The police arrested two males suspects for the burglary. The two men had stolen property in their possession.

At 3:15 a.m., a known subject entered the victim's house, without permission, through a bedroom window. The homeowner  forced the suspect from the location. The suspect was arrested later.

Between 6:40 and 10:40 a.m., an unknown subject stole cash and a weapon.

At 10:31 a.m., police responded to a call for a suspicious subject. It was determined that it was an attempted burglary. The unknown male suspect attempted to gain entrance through two back windows.

An officer responded to a burglary call at the address. The victim advised the officer that he left the residence at 9:05 and returned at 9:25 a.m. only to find his home burglarized. The victim stated that he saw an unknown male lurking in the area prior to leaving his residence. The point of entry appeared to be through a rear sliding door.

Between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., an unknown suspect broke the rear bedroom window and entered the location. The suspect took cash, jewelry and construction material. The suspect left through another rear window in the dining room.
