    Bill served as the Director of Media Relations for the Baltimore County Police Department from 1996 to 2010. Bill was a good friend to many of us in the public safety and government community and a committed, enthusiastic media relations practitioner. We will miss him.

At 10:53 p.m., two male and two female suspects entered the store. The suspects were responsible for previous robberies at the store. One suspect stayed outside while the others, who were inside, concealed merchandise. The cashier saw the actions of the suspects and ran to lock the door. One suspect was left in the store and assaulted the cashier. After the struggle, the cashier unlocked the door and the suspect left with the stolen property.

Between 12 p.m. and 11 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the home then destroyed some items and stole several others.

Sometime between 5 p.m. March 18 and 9:30 p.m. March 22, an unknown suspect used force to enter the location. The suspect stole a television, electronics, jewelry and other items. The suspect entered the location through the side garage door and left through the rear basement sliding glass door.

Between 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., an unknown suspect broke the rear kitchen window and rear glass door of the victim's residence. The suspect entered through the rear window and stole gold watches.

At 6:46 p.m., two men were engaged in a fist fight. During the fight, the suspect stole cash from the victim. Both men were treated for their injuries,then the suspect was arrested and the money was returned to the victim.

At 8:50 p.m., an unknown male suspect entered the store, stole a box of candy and proceeded to leave the store. When the clerk approached the man , the suspect implied that he had a gun. He pushed the clerk and ran from the scene.

At 5 p.m., an unknown suspect attempted to break into the victim's home. Two windows were partially opened. One was locked and the other was not.
