At 10:30 p.m., the victim was walking home when a suspect walked up to him and asked if he wanted to buy drugs. The victim said "No." The suspect grabbed the victim. A second and third suspect appeared and assisted and then forced the victim into a black four door vehicle. The victim noticed six suspects while in the vehicle. One suspect the victim's head between his legs as he searched his pockets removing his wallet and $20. The driver drove a short distance then stopped.The victim was forced out of the car. The vehicle then made a u-turn on Queens Anne Way and then southbound on Kent Avenue.

Baltimore County Police have charged an Essex man with trying to solicit a minor for sex.
John William Ransier (47) of the 500 block of Stemmers Run Road 21221 has been charged with sexual solicitation of a minor, attempted third degree sex offense, and attempted second degree rape. Ransier is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

The Baltimore County Police Department’s 140th Recruit class graduation was held last night at Notre Dame Preparatory School.
Police Chief James Johnson presented the awards. The Chief and Mr. Charles W. Rapp, Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions, presented the diplomas to the recruits. Cecil County Sheriff Scott Adams presented diplomas to the new deputies.
