Sometime between 12:45 a.m. and 3:59 a.m., the victim stopped to get gas at Carroll Fuel. He parked at a pump and exited the vehicle, leaving the keys in the car. He saw the suspect near his vehicle and began to approach him. The suspect pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the victim. The suspect fled in the victim's 2008 Mazda CX9.
At 11:33 p.m., an argument between the victim and the suspect escalated to physical violence. The suspect repeatedly struck the victim with his fists and a metal bar.
At 8:58 p.m., the suspect entered the residence by breaking the rear window and unlocking the door.
At 8:48 p.m., the suspect attempted to gain access into the residence.
At 4:40 p.m., the suspect shattered the back door windowpane . The suspect reached in to unlock the door.
At 1:30 a.m., the victim was awoken by the suspect's knocking at the rear door. She heard the door handle rattle and, as she got closer to the door, she saw the suspect drop the screen and flee.
