Baltimore County Police have charged a suspect in connection with the February 25 shooting on Bayville Rd in Middle River that left a man deceased.
Antwan Donta Holmes (37) of the 3900 block of Red Deer Circle 21133 has been charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

At 12:10 a.m., four unknown suspects assaulted the victims in the alley behind the 7600 block of Charlesmont Road. Two iPhones and a book bag were taken from the victims.Two victims suffered minor superficial injuries and refused medical assistance. All three victims had different accounts of the incident, and did not cooperate. The suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The victim advised that he was leaving the Royal Farms Store in the unit block of Dundalk Avenue when he was robbed by an unknown black male wearing a blue and white horizontally striped shirt. The suspect hit the victim several times on the head with a skateboard. The victim dropped his backpack and the suspect took the bag and fled. The book bag was recovered, but two bank cards were missing.
Between 1:30 and 2 a.m., the victim advised the he and another person were walking home after being with friends. The victim said as they walked along Kinship Road near Sunship Road, five suspects approached them. When one suspect began swinging at him the other person ran home. The victim stated that he attempted to defend himself, but the other suspects began hitting him. The victim said he curled up to protect himself. A short time after the incident he discovered $20 in cash was missing from his pocket. He could not provide a description of the suspects.
At 9:40 p.m., the victim had just finished making a pizza delivery when a suspect stuck him in the head with an unknown object causing him to fall down. The suspect took the victim's cell phone and smashed it on the ground. The suspect also took $300 from the victim and fled the scene.
At 11:50 a.m., the victim was walking in the area when she was approached by the suspects. One suspect grabbed her and choked her. Another suspect took $100 and a cell phone from her. The suspects then fled the scene.
At 8:20 p.m., the victim was walking in the area when three suspects called to him. He went over to them and one of the suspects asked him for a cigarette. When he stated that he did not have any cigarettes, one of the suspects punched him, knocking him to the ground. The suspects took $40 from him before fleeing the scene.
