    Baltimore County health officials have put out this warning about a rabid cat in the Reisterstown area:

    The Baltimore County Department of Health is urging residents near Delight Road in Reisterstown (21136) to be aware of possible exposure to a cat which tested positive for rabies on Monday, September 29. he cat was a male, grey striped tabby that may have had a limp.

    In light of this incident, area residents are urged to contact the Health Department if they have had direct exposure to this cat AND to take actions to protect themselves, their families and pets from rabies exposure. Contact health officials at 410-887-6092.

at 2:30 a.m., an unknown male entered the 7-Eleven and displayed a knife to the clerk. The subject jumped over the counter and stole cash and several packs of cigarettes. The subject fled on foot.

At 3:31 p.m., an unknown male took a purse from a vehicle then assaulted the victim's daughter when he was confronted.

At 10:40 p.m., the victim was walking a friend home on Baybriar Road and Meadow Way when he was attacked from behind by an unknown subject. The subject knocked the victim down and assaulted him. The suspect took cash from the victim and fled the scene on foot.

At 12:56 p.m., three known subjects came to the location, punched the victim, then stole cash from him. They fled the scene and were arrested a short time later.

At 7:25 p.m., the victim was assaulted by a known suspect who stole the victim's skateboard. The suspect was later located and arrested.

At 9:30 p.m., two male suspects entered the location and displayed handguns. the victims were ordered to the floor. The suspects stole a cellphone and a pack of cigarettes from one of the victims. They left on foot.

At 9:05 a.m., a male wearing a ski mask and dressed in black, went inside the 7-Eleven and displayed a handgun. The suspect brought a bag and demanded money. Once the clerk gave him the money, he fled the area.
