At 6:40 p.m., the victim was waiting at the bus stop when the suspects approached him. One suspect displayed a gun and demanded the victim's property. The suspects fled after taking the victim's wallet and cell phone. All three suspects are black males, 18 to 25 years old.

Nearly three months ago, 16-year-old Elise Fellner of Forest Hill was trying out for volleyball at a school in Kingsville when she collapsed from sudden cardiac arrest. Her coach and the athletic director immediately began CPR; BCoFD EMS crews followed up with defibrillation using an automatic external defibrillator. Elise has recovered fully.
She and other survivors of sudden cardiac arrest will join Baltimore County Fire and EMS personnel and elected officials tomorrow, Thursday, October 23, 11:30 a.m., at the Parkville Fire Station. Each year, the Fire Department welcomes survivors of sudden cardiac arrest and the people who helped save them in an effort to raise awareness about the importance of CPR and defibrillation.
The Parkville station is located at 2325 Putty Hill Ave., 21234. County Executive Kevin Kamenetz and Fire Chief John Hohman are scheduled to attend. Between 2 p.m. on December 28 and 5:23 p.m. on January 2, an unknown suspect took a generator off the pier.
At 4:50 p.m., the victim and the suspect into an argument. The suspect left, then returned with a knife and threatened to kill the victim. The victim and the suspect struggled over the knife, and the suspect cut the victim during the fight. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries and the suspect was arrested. Richard Watters, 49, was charged with assault.
At 2:23 a.m., the victim offered the suspect a ride to get gasoline for his car. The suspect then forced way into the front seat of the taxi and attempted to take the keys out of the ignition. The suspect and the victim struggled, and the victim was able to call 911. Stanley Robinson, 59, of the 400 block of Summer Wind Way, 21061, was arrested.
Between 11 a.m. on December 22 and 6 a.m. on December 23, tools were taken from FA Taylor and Son. The case remains under investigation.
At 1:40 a.m., the victim was leaving Malibu Beach when an unknown suspect assaulted him and took money from his pocket.
Between 6:30 and 9:45 p.m., an unknown suspect forced open the basement door and took money, electronics, jewelry, and sports equipment.
