    The Baltimore County Police Department is aware of the messages on social media talking about gatherings at locations in Baltimore County. The department is taking these messages seriously and has gathered appropriate resources should the need for them occur. At this time, there is no evidence that a gathering is imminent.

    The Baltimore County Police Department also has assistance available for the Baltimore City Police Department. Tactical, Aviation and K-9 units are available to respond to calls for service in Baltimore City if needed. Extra personnel are also on standby. In addition, Baltimore County Police are handling duties normally handled by the Maryland State Police in Baltimore County.

    Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenitz and Police Chief James Johnson will be holding a press conference at 1 p.m. today at the Public Safety Building (700 E Joppa Rd 21286) to address community concerns about the social media messages.

At 3 a.m., the victim was walking to the store when a known suspect struck her in the face with his fist. The victim then went home and called 911.

Around 4 p.m., three suspects kicked in the rear door of the home, assaulted two victims, and shot the dog.

Around 10:45 p.m., an unknown subject was let inside the apartment by one of the victims. The suspect assaulted two victims with a hammer and was chased out of the apartment by one of the victims.

Around 10:35 p.m., the victim and suspect, known to each other, had an argument inside the home. The suspect threatened the victim with a pellet gun, then fled on foot toward Wise Avenue and was arrested. The pellet gun was recovered after the suspect threw it under a vehicle on Avalon Road.

Sometime between 1 and 1:25 a.m., the suspect stabbed the victim with a pocket knife. The suspect was arrested.

At 3:02 a.m., a suspect was arrested for threatening the occupants and destruction to their home in the 8000 block of Eastdale Road.

At 5 p.m., a male suspect approached the victim in the rear of the 7800 block of Wynbrook Road, assaulted the victim and robbed him at gunpoint. The victim's cell phone, wallet and cash were stolen. The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction. The cell phone was later recovered in the alley.
