Update - Police Identify Victim in Lochearn Homicide
Baltimore County Police have identified the victim in the Saturday, September 20, homicide in Lochearn. His name is Jonathan Michael Watkins, 20, last known address in the 100-block of Village of Pine Court, 21244.

The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in Lochearn.
On September 20, at 2:06 a.m., Baltimore County police responded to the area of Lantern Hill Drive and Sedgemoor Road, 21207 for a check on subject call. Police found an unidentified young male subject suffering from severe trauma to the body. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Baltimore County police homicide detectives are investigating the case. Police are asking anyone with information about this crime to call (410) 307-2020. Unknown suspects forced the rear door to Container Depot Industries and took various tools from inside.
At 1:29 p.m., the victim awoke to her boyfriend standing over her with a shotgun. The victim was later able to leave the location. When police arrived, the suspect barricaded himself in the home. Several hours later, the suspect surrendered to police and he was transported to an area hospital for an evaluation.
Officers reponded to the location for a report of a cardiac arrest. An adult female was found deceased at the location. The deceased female's daughter, her daughter's father, and her husband's vehicle were missing from the location. An Amber Alert was issued for the daughter. The daughter, the daughter's father, and the husband's vehicle were located in South Carolina.
Sometime between 8:00 p.m. on March 1 and 4:15 p.m. on March 2, an unknown suspect drove onto the parking lot of Del Capri and stole two air conditioning units that had been attached to the building.
At 8:03 a.m., the suspect entered a store that he had been banned from. When one of the victims was escorting him out of the store, they started fighting and the victim knocked him down. When the suspect got back up, he pulled a knife and lunged at the second victim but missed. The suspect then fled the scene.
At 3:10 p.m., the victims reported that they were on a back porch when they were shot at by an unknown suspect. They went back into the home and the suspect fled. No reports of injuries.
