    Update - Police Identify Victim in Lochearn Homicide

    Baltimore County Police have identified the victim in the Saturday, September 20, homicide in Lochearn. His name is Jonathan Michael Watkins, 20, last known address in the 100-block of Village of Pine Court, 21244.
    Police ask anyone that might have information about this crime to call (410) 307-2020.

    The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in Lochearn.

    On September 20, at 2:06 a.m., Baltimore County police responded to the area of Lantern Hill Drive and Sedgemoor Road, 21207 for a check on subject call. Police found an unidentified young male subject suffering from severe trauma to the body. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

    Baltimore County police homicide detectives are investigating the case. Police are asking anyone with information about this crime to call (410) 307-2020. Witnesses can also contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-Lockup, where they may qualify for a reward up to $2,000.00, if there information leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.

Sometime between 5 p.m. September 16 and 9 a.m. September 17, an unknown suspect entered the apartment by unknown means and removed tools from the location.

Sometime between 12 p.m. September 16 and 9:30 a.m. September 17, the suspects drove a vehicle to the rear of the large trucking lot where Chesapeake Trailers is located. The suspects removed a section of the unsecured temporary fencing and drove into the lot. While inside the lot, the suspects cut the chain securing the storage trailer and removed a welders helmet. They removed the coils and batteries that were outside the lot. Once they loaded the vehicle, they left the area.

Between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., an unknown suspect forced entry into the location. While inside, the suspect stole money, electronic devices and jewelry.

At 6:54 a.m., the victim told police that two male subjects offered him drugs, then robbed him. One suspect pulled out a black semi automatic handgun and said to the victim " give me all your money." The suspects fled toward Dundalk Elementary School area.

Sometime between 5 p.m. September 11 and 2:46 a.m. September 12, unknown suspects broke the rear window of a vacant apartment. The suspects cut the water and refrigeration lines in the utility closet. They removed the indoor coil of an air conditioning unit and an outdoor air conditioning unit was also missing.

Sometime between 5 p.m. September 11 and 2:46 a.m. September 12, unknown suspects entered the rear unlocked window of the apartment. The suspects cut the water and refrigeration lines. They also removed the coil from the indoor air conditioning unit and also stole an outdoor air conditioning unit.
