At 1:15 a.m., the subject went upstairs to a neighbor's apartment then kicked open the door to protest the noise coming from inside. He brought a knife with him and confronted the two victims with the weapon. The suspect left when one victim said she was calling police. The subject was arrested at his apartment.

Baltimore County Police detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting in Gwynn Oak in December 2013 that left a man deceased.
The family of the victim is offering an additional $1,000.00 through Metro Crime Stoppers for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.

At 6:35 p.m., an unknown subject struck the victim in the face with a handgun. The suspect took the victim's watch.
Between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., an unknown subject entered the residence through an unlocked window.
The subject stole a suitcase, electronic equipment, a television and other items. The subject was later identified and arrested.
Between 6 p.m. November 18 and 9 a.m. November 19, an unknown subject broke a rear window to gain access to the trailer office. The suspect then removed keys to two vehicles. One vehicle was taken and later found to the rear of the business. It was out of gas. An attempt to steal a second car failed because it wouldn't start. The keys are still missing.
Between 4 p.m. November 18 and 4 p.m. November 19, unknown subjects forced their way into the residence by kicking the side basement door. The subjects took two game systems and one television.
At 9:10 a.m., two male suspects approached the victim, assaulted him, then took his cellphone and cash. The two male suspects fled the scene in a vehicle.
Between 10 p.m. November 15 and 6 a.m. November 16, an unknown subject forced the rear door open to gain entry into the house. The subject stole some items and left.
