Sometime between 2 p.m. October 2 and 5:30 a.m. October 3, unknown subjects broke into a construction site and took copper piping. The victim told police the gates were locked when he left on October 2 but were unlocked when he arrived on October 3.

Sometime between 4:30 p.m. July 23 and 5 a.m. July 24, an unknown suspect forced open a secured fence at a construction site at the Maryland National Guard Armory. The suspect stole copper piping and a Honda generator.
