    On October 23, cardiac arrest survivors, Baltimore County Fire, EMS and elected officials came together at the Parkville Fire Station to raise awareness of the dangers of sudden cardiac arrest and the importance of immediate use of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and defibrillation in giving victims a chance at survival.

    “It’s incredibly rewarding and moving to see people who are here today because someone cared enough to learn how to provide CPR and use an AED,” said County Executive Kevin Kamenetz.

    Local survivors of cardiac arrest also shared their stories at today’s event: Elise Fellner, 16, of Forest Hill; Richard Beverage, 61, of Parkville; Chris Malczewski, 32, of Parkville; Bob Pollack, 53, of Middle River; Ann January, 44, of Parkville; and Kim Barranco, 48, of Towson.

Precinct 12 - North Point

Date: Jul 26, 2014

Between 3 and 3:44 a.m., the victim was removing his property when he got into an argument with the suspect. The suspect assaulted him with a wooden stick. Police arrested Robert Francis Provenzano Jr.

At 11:40 a.m., suspects entered a construction site and removed eight fence poles. The company did not wish to press charges. The property was returned to the owner.

At 1:56 a.m., officers responded to the location after hearing loud noises. Upon arrival, officers witnessed a large fight. The suspect punched the victim in the face and fled the scene when officers attempted to apprehend him. The suspect later returned to the address and was arrested. One suspect became aggressive towards the officers and assaulted an officer (no injuries). One suspect was tased and arrested after the struggle. Three people were taken into custody in connection with this incident.
