Sometime between 7 p.m. July 31 and 7:30 a.m. August 1, unknown suspects entered gated/fenced yard in yard of McCarthy Tire by unknown means. Once inside, five catalytic converters were cut off of five separate commercial vehicles. A reciprocating saw was probably used.

Update - Police Identify Victim in Lochearn Homicide
Baltimore County Police have identified the victim in the Saturday, September 20, homicide in Lochearn. His name is Jonathan Michael Watkins, 20, last known address in the 100-block of Village of Pine Court, 21244.

The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in Lochearn.
On September 20, at 2:06 a.m., Baltimore County police responded to the area of Lantern Hill Drive and Sedgemoor Road, 21207 for a check on subject call. Police found an unidentified young male subject suffering from severe trauma to the body. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Baltimore County police homicide detectives are investigating the case. Police are asking anyone with information about this crime to call (410) 307-2020. At 9:33 p.m., the victim located the suspect in the basement of his home. When the victim went to call 911, the suspect fled. Responding officers located the suspect in the neighborhood and took him into custody. During the investigation, the victim's daughter stated she had a previous relationship with the suspect. Daughter denied inviting him to the residence.
Sometime between 7 p.m. July 30 and 7 a.m. July 31, the victim advised that copper wiring was stolen from unsecured townhomes under construction. There were no surveillance devices.
Sometime between 3:30 p.m. July 30 and 8 a.m. July 31, unknown suspects stole two catalytic converters from two different trucks that were parked inside the Brody Trucking unsecured, fenced lot. The area where the vehicles were parked is poorly lit.
At 12:40 a.m., the suspect and victims got into an argument. The suspect produced a handgun and threatened to shoot the victims. The suspect was taken into custody.
Between 3 and 3:44 a.m., the victim was removing his property when he got into an argument with the suspect. The suspect assaulted him with a wooden stick. Police arrested Robert Francis Provenzano Jr.
At 11:40 a.m., suspects entered a construction site and removed eight fence poles. The company did not wish to press charges. The property was returned to the owner.
