At 10:10 p.m., the victim advised that he was transferring tools from his vehicle to another vehicle. The victim's vehicle was parked in the travel lane of 47th Street. The victim saw a white, four door, Acura or Nissan Maxima coming from German Hill Road speeding at approximately 50 mph on 47th Street. The vehicle stopped within inches of the victim's bumper. the victim began to yell at the driver of the vehicle stating "Slow the f... down." A verbal argument began between the two men. During the argument, the driver of the speeding vehicle displayed a silver semi automatic handgun and pointed it at the victim. The driver pulled the trigger but the gun did not discharge.

At 3:04 p.m., the victim advised that a green pickup truck, unknown make, model and tag, pulled onto the parking lot in 7800 block of Eastern Boulevard. The victim advised that he exited the truck and began yelling at the suspect. The suspect got out of the vehicle and struck the victim with a baseball bat. He got back into the truck, aimed the vehicle at the victim and accelerated the truck. He stopped short of striking the victim. He left in an unknown direction and unknown destination.
