At 3 p.m., the victim was walking on the 702 footbridge when a suspect approached the victim from behind, brandished a knife and grabbed her purse. The purse was later recovered on the footbridge. A cell phone and cash were missing from the purse.

Baltimore County Homicide Detectives have charged a suspect in connection with a December 2013 shooting at the Windsor Inn in Windsor Mill that left a security guard for the business deceased.
Devin Michael Jones (24) of the unit block of Spinners Court 21133 has been charged with first degree murder and is being held bail without at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Around 2:25 p.m., an officer was called to the Walmart store regarding an attempted robbery. The officer was advised that the suspect fled on foot through the wooded area nearby. The suspect was apprehended.
Sometime between 2 and 2:30 a.m., an unknown suspect gained access to the residence through the rear door. The unknown suspect stole jewelry, electronic equipment and a TV.
Sometime between 8:55 and 9:06 p.m., the suspect got into a verbal altercation with two victims. The suspect left the location and returned with a gun and pointed it at all five victims.
Sometime between 3:15 on October 24 and 9 a.m. on October 27, an unknown suspect(s) entered through the rear office window and stole jewelry, a key and some miscellaneous items. There was no evidence of forced entry to the location and it appears they exited through the door.
Sometime between noon on October 21 and 11:55 a.m. on October 29, an unknown suspect gained entry and ransacked the residence.
