  1. 2015 Promotion Ceremony
    On February 9, 2015, the Baltimore County Police Department promoted 23 officers and one civilian. This includes eight captains, four lieutenants, four sergeants and seven corporals. Police Chief Jim Johnson and County Executive Kevin Kamenetz presented the certificates.

At 4:23 p.m., the victim was robbed at knifepoint by known suspects. Both suspects were located and arrested.

Around 9:32 p.m., unknown suspect(s) broke the glass and entered the Carroll Island Auto Care through a bay door window. The suspect(s) entered the office area, opened a cabinet and removed U.S. Currency from a small metal box. The suspects exited through the same window.

Sometime between 2 a.m. on March 21 and noon on March 28, unknown suspects entered a rear porch of the Riverwatch Restaurant Inc. Once inside, a wooden box containing 30
bottles of alcohol was pried open and stolen.

Sometime between 6 p.m. on March 19 and 7 a.m. on March 23, construction equipment and tools were stolen out of a trailer at the Windy Ridge Builders' construction site.

Around 2 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the residence through an unsecured basement door and stole a stack of DVD movies and three music CDs.

Around 3 p.m., a suspect flagged down a vehicle with the victim inside. The suspect pointed a gun at the victim and removed cash from the victim's pants pocket. The vehicle then fled the scene.

Sometime between 10 a.m. and noon, an unknown suspect removed the screen from the back bedroom window, opened the unlocked window and removed a cellphone from the victim's bed.
