    On February 9, 2015, the Baltimore County Police Department promoted 23 officers and one civilian. This includes eight captains, four lieutenants, four sergeants and seven corporals. Police Chief Jim Johnson and County Executive Kevin Kamenetz presented the certificates.

At 4:30 p.m., a black male suspect approached the victim displayed a knife, placed it at victim's throat and demanded victim's property. The victim gave the suspect a wallet and the suspect ran off.

At 11:20 p.m., the suspects called Prima Pizza for a pizza order. Two drivers arrived together, but one stayed at the car, while one went to the apartment. The suspects robbed the driver, as he delivered the food. One suspect had a knife, and the other a pipe. The person inside the apartment was not involved.

At 11:16 p.m., the victim was walking in the alley when two suspects approached, displayed a knife, stole $7.00 in quarters from victim, then fled on foot. Victim was injured.

At 10:05 p.m., during an argument, the suspect grabbed a knife, and stabbed the victim through his hand. The victim was treated at an area hospital and the suspect was taken into custody.

At 9:30 p.m., the victim was in an argument with the suspect at the Bonfire Bar. The argument moved into the parking lot where the suspect cut the victim several times with a knife.
