Precinct 11 - Essex
At 8:46 p.m., unknown suspects entered the Dollar Store and robbed it using a Taser.
Sometime between 2 p.m. on May 2 and 3 p.m. on May 3, a suspect forced the outside basement door open. Once inside, the suspect stole a paint sprayer and a power washer.
Sometime between 7 p.m. on April 30 and 8:59 a.m. on May 1, a suspect broke the front window of Smithy's Auto Body shop and took two Independent cards from a drawer.
At 11:19 a.m., four suspects stole the victim's mountain bike at gunpoint. Three of the suspects were arrested and the bike was recovered.
At 7:35 p.m., the victim was approached by two male suspects. One suspect displayed a handgun and asked the victim, "what he had." The victim gave the suspects his wallet and the suspects left on foot.
Sometime between 1 p.m. on February 21 and 8:30 p.m. on February 24, an unknown suspect cut the lock and entered the victim's storage unit at Chesapeake Mini Storage. The suspect stole cash, a tool chest and other miscellaneous items.
