Sometime between 1 p.m. on February 21 and 8:30 p.m. on February 24, an unknown suspect cut the lock and entered the victim's storage unit at Chesapeake Mini Storage. The suspect stole cash, a tool chest and other miscellaneous items.
Sometime between 8 a.m. on February 21 and 4 p.m. on March 11, the victim's storage unit at Chesapeake Mini Storage was broken into by unknown means. Clothing, collectables, household goods and a suitcase were stolen.
The victim was in the Enterprise Rent-A-Car parking lot when he was approached by a male suspect, who held the victim at gunpoint and demanded his money. The victim handed over his wallet and the suspect then fled on foot.
Sometime between 5 p.m. on January 14 and 11 a.m. on January 15, an unknown suspect damaged the front door and lock of the All Roads Insurance building. A check of the business was conducted and nothing was found to be disturbed or missing.
Sometime between 6 p.m. on January 11 and 10:00 a.m. on January 12, unknown suspects unsuccessfully attempted to gain entry into the rear door of the Crabland store. No damage occurred and nothing was taken.
Sometime between 2 p.m. on January 10 and 8:30 a.m. on January 12, an unknown suspect pried open the rear door of Pup Town Grooming to gain access. Once inside, the suspects stole cash from the cash register.
