At 4:49 a.m., an unknown armed suspect entered the 7-Eleven store. The suspect jumped the counter and took 30 packs of cigarettes and 30 cigars and left through the front door.

At 6:05 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the Millenium International Grocery displaying a handgun and a grocery bag. The victim placed an empty bank envelope in the suspect's bag and the suspect left the location on foot.

Sometime between 4:30 and 8 p.m., after the victim returned home, he found his home had been burglarized and his property had been damaged. Electronic equipment, cash, household goods and miscellaneous items were stolen and damaged.

At 5:35 p.m., the victim answered a knock at her door and subsequently let in an unknown male claiming that he was there to check her roof for leaks. Once inside, the suspect distracted the victim and stole her purse from the living room. The suspect then fled in a vehicle.

The victim was in the Enterprise Rent-A-Car parking lot when he was approached by a male suspect, who held the victim at gunpoint and demanded his money. The victim handed over his wallet and the suspect then fled on foot.

Sometime between 5 p.m. on January 23 and 10 a.m. on January 30 at different buildings within the apartment complex, an unknown suspect(s) pried open the doors to the utility rooms. Once inside, the suspect(s) cut and removed the copper plumbing lines for the buildings' sprinkler system along with the sprinkler heads.

At 2:10 p.m., an unknown suspect attempted to rob The Laundry Bag by threatening the clerk with a knife. The clerk refused to give him the money and he then left the premises. Nothing was taken.
