    Faye Waters is a vblack female, 5'05", 145 pounds, short black hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be wearing a brown winter coat with black striped pajama pants.

    Baltimore County Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a November 17 robbery in Halethorpe.

    At approximately 1 a.m., the victim was walking in the 3300 block of Washington Avenue 21227 when he was approached by two suspects. Both suspects displayed knives and demanded money. The suspect took the victim’s wallet and cell phone before fleeing the scene. The suspects later tried to use the victim’s ATM card at an area bank.

Sometime between 10 :50 and 11:10 p.m., the victim was assaulted by two suspects. During the assault two cell phones, cash and a bandana were taken. Both suspects were later  arrested.

Around 11 p.m., an unknown suspect opened the residence window and rummaged through the contents of a book bag while a birthday party was going on inside. The suspect left the location without being seen and nothing was reported missing.

Around 3 p.m., three unknown male suspects entered the residence claiming to work for the water company. They assaulted the victim in an attempt to detain him while they broke the lock on a safe in the basement. The suspects stole cash in various denominations from the safe and then fled in a gray 4-door pick-up truck.

At 9:31 p.m., a juvenile victim was walking home after trick-or-treating when he was approached by an unknown male suspect. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded the victim's book bag. The suspect took the bag, which also contained the victim's cell phone. The suspect then fled on foot.

Sometime between 5 p.m. on October 31 and 2:30 p.m. on November 4, an unknown suspect gained entry into the residence by breaking the door window and removing the lock. No property was taken from the residence.

At 5:27 a.m., a suspect entered the 7-Eleven store and displayed a handgun to the victim. The suspect stated that he wanted "the money," at which time the victim opened two registers and took U.S. currency out of both registers and placed it in a plastic bag. The suspect then exited the store.

At 6:56 p.m., the victim was lured to this location by three suspects. Upon his arrival, he was robbed at gunpoint of cash, alcohol and cigarettes. Two of the suspects fled the location, and a third suspect was apprehended.
