Baltimore County Police detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting in Gwynn Oak in December 2013 that left a man deceased.
The family of the victim is offering an additional $1,000.00 through Metro Crime Stoppers for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.

At 1:44 a.m., the victim and another person were walking home to a motel when they heard footsteps running up behind them. Two suspects surrounded them . One suspect forcibly held the victim. The two suspects stole clothing and video accessories then fled towards Commerce Drive.
Between 3 p.m. and 5: 51 p.m., the victim was approached by a group of males. One subject pushed the victim and took his phone from his hand, then fled toward the Speedy Mart store.
At 4:40 p.m., the victim was robbed at the Hillcrest Park. Three male subjects assaulted the victim and knocked him to the ground. The three men stole the victim's MP3 player and a USB stick.
At 10:42 a.m., an unknown subject robbed the CVS and stole money. A gun was implied.
At 4:35 p.m., the victim contacted police regarding a robbery. The victim stated that four young males pushed him off his bicycle. They began to physically assault the victim and threatened him with a knife if he didn't give them the bicycle. The suspects rode away on the bicycle towards Lansdowne High School.The victim was not injured.
At 12: 31 a.m., two male subjects entered the business with their hands in their pockets implying they had guns. One suspect unplugged the phone an employee was using. The other suspect opened the register and took cash. The suspects fled on foot. No firearms were pointed at the employees and no one was injured.
