    The initial investigation into this incident has indicated that the victim and the suspect became involved in a physical altercation inside of an apartment. After the altercation, the suspect shot the victim once in the lower body. Both the suspect and the victim then fled the scene.

At 8:06 p.m., two men entered the Subway and one suspect displayed a handgun. The suspects fled after taking money from the safe and wallets from the employees. The suspects are two black males.

At 10 p.m., the victim and the suspect met at the Ramada Inn for a business discussion. The suspect pointed a gun at the victim, and fled after taking her phone and laptop. The suspect is a black male.

At 11:52 a.m., the suspect entered Citibank and pushed a customer out of the way. He pointed a gun at the teller and demanded money. The suspect fled after taking money. The suspect is a black male.

At 9:10 p.m., a pizza delivery man drove to a home to deliver food. The suspect met the victim on the porch and displayed a handgun. The suspect took the food and the victim's belongings. The suspect is a black male.

At 7:25 p.m., two men were arrested after officers found them in the basement of a vacant residence. The suspects were cutting copper pipes and attempting to remove them from the home. Timothy Price, 38, of the 3500 block of Tartarian Court, 21227, and Arthur Thomas, 30, of the 3200 block of Tartarian Court, 21227, were charged with burglary.

At 11 a.m., two suspects were arrested after entering the victim's apartment without permission.

At 2:50 a.m., the victim and the suspects were in a car together. The suspects assaulted the victim, took his money, and threw him out of the vehicle.
